Tim is an outstanding athlete!

The width of Tim's calves shows in this picture. As he flexes them they get wider.

Tim's powerful calves can exert a force of 450 pounds!

Tim's strong legs have helped make him one of the best soccer players in his school!

One of Tim's plyometric exercises is doing toe touches on a high box. He uses his jump box to cushion his feet. This trains his fast-twitch muscles.

Tim flexes his calves as he leaps off of his large scale model Camaro, crushing it in the process. Pieces of the car are flying as it breaks.
Note: Tim can also crush large model cars between his legs using a scissors hold.
